New accommodation unit design for offshore

The resort is a hotel with a wellness spa, fitness facilities, 16 meter climbing wall, conference and banquette rooms. The buildings cover 25 000 square meters hotel, resort flats and cabins. Opened March 2009

The total number of condominiums in the hotel is 97 apartments (1 suite and 1 double hotel room), and 32 suites from 60 to 80m2. In addition there are 141 appartments in modular built houses in the village.

Y&S are planning a design hotel being built for Entreprenørbygg Eiendom AS by the builder Skanska Norway. The hotel are to be runned by Rica Hotels as a special design concept hotel. Opens in the spring 2010.

Y&S are doing the total design of the 118 room hotel for Rezidor by the builder Håheim Project AS. The existing office building built in 1936 are being totally refitted to fit into the Park Inn design concept and to the buildings elegant functionalism from the 30s. Opens in January 2010.

DCL are currently building two brand new vessels with Y&S commissioned as leading consultant Architects. Third in the prestigious DCL fleet, the delivery of the first vessel is scheduled for the end of 2010, with ship four following a year later. Both vessels are being built and fitted out by the Meyer Werft Shipyard in Papenburg, Germany.

Y&S are engaged by Oceania Cruises as Architects and Interior Designers for their latest newbuilding. The ship is under construction at the Fincantieri Shipyard in Sestri, Genova. Completion is set to fall of 2010.

Viking Legend - Newbuilding of 200 pax river vessel, by Set Shipyard, Germany. Y&S are in charge of both the exterior and interior design. The vessel are scheduled to be delivered Spring 2009.

Viking Kirov - Total interior rebuiding of all cabins and public spaces. Number of pax are being reduced from 300 to 210 in large hotel-bed type cabins. To be delivered in spring 2009.
